We aim to personalise each individual clients care package putting the individual in the centre of everything that we do, including family members to understand the lifestyle that individuals want to lead.

This maybe assisting to school, college, university or any social activity’s around the clients complex care needs. Every individual is different and the way Fairway deliver care takes that into account. Our Clients may need round the clock support from a team of multiple personal care assistants, others need lower levels of support, perhaps from just one team member.

Our dedicated Fairway staff will be identified to match to the client’s needs and be trained to a high standard from the clinical team making sure that they are both confident and competent with all needs that’s are required, including bowel management, catheter care, skin care, ventilation and breathing support.

Fairway Homecare place great importance in building a relationship between the client and the team that will be working closely with them, we will take time to make sure that the client is matched to a carer that has shared interests and personality.

Our team of fully trained and experienced staff are DBS checked and motivated to provide an exceptional level of care and support that you or your loved ones deserve.

A qualified person will also undertake a quality control check on all Care Workers. This involves them visiting and assessing Care Workers on duty to monitor the care we deliver.
